Please fill the form out completely and honestly. Note that we must have at least 6 contestants to hold a proper Pageant. If in the event we do not have enough contestants, we will extend registratino until we do.
Entry fee is $50, and Extra credit catagory fees (if you choose to use one) are $25 each. Both must be paid at the time this form is submitted.
Payments can be made by Alert Pay which appears once form is submitted, and valid Green dot cash reload numbers, which shows on the form itself. Dont forget to buy your card with the total amount due for registration and any and all extra credit catagories chosen.

Please remember that you must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
Once you submit this form, we will contact you via your email (as confirmation) and request that you submit a few pictures. So get ready sissy!
